Shot from the middle seat just before landing, this image captures two opposite ways of experiencing a journey. On one side is my constant sense of wonder, pushing me to lean across the row to capture the majesty of Mount Ararat; on the other is the peacefulness of a girl sleeping soundly by the window. An intimate black-and-white contrast that celebrates the uniqueness of the moment and the different ways we all move through the world.
