Il richiamo del viaggio tra pareti di roccia rossa e polvere dorata
C'è un fascino magnetico nelle strade che tagliano il deserto: strisce d'asfalto solitarie che sembrano nascere dal nulla per perdersi direttamente dentro l'orizzonte. Questo scatto è stato realizzato nell'entroterra del Sinai, in quell'ora del tardo pomeriggio in cui il sole si abbassa e trasforma la polvere sospesa nell'aria in un velo dorato e accecante. Ho atteso che la carreggiata fosse completamente libera per posizionarmi al centro della corsia, lasciando che la linea tratteggiata guidasse lo sguardo dritto verso le colline sfumate in lontananza. Sulla destra, le antiche formazioni di roccia rossastra incombono silenziose sulla strada, mentre i tralicci e i piccoli avamposti lungo i margini raccontano la presenza discreta dell'uomo in una terra dominata dagli elementi. È un'opera che parla di libertà, di movimento e del desiderio di scoprire cosa si nasconde oltre la prossima curva: una finestra aperta sull'infinito pensata per dare respiro e profondità a qualsiasi parete.
